Photos brings an interface nearly identical to what's in iOS 8, offering basic editing tools and easy sharing. Photos replaces Aperture and iPhoto, and is designed to work better with the company's mobile products. Apple has released the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 update, and among its features is the new Photos app that has been available to developers since February.
